Kawader for Recruiting
is a division of Al Kaleej Training and
Education, specialized in employing the
graduates of our various divisions and
programs in the company. Kawader provides
its services to both the
private and public sectors. Kawader believes
and forms the link between Al Khaleej
Training and Education programs and the
requirements of the Saudi market.
Kawader aims at achieving a range of goals:
- Finding jobs for qualified IT and
English Language graduates.
- Helping to process employment in
cooperation with the Human Resource
Development Fund and other public
establishments concerned with employing
the Saudi youth.
- Identifying the work market required
for the various divisions and programs
provided by Al Khaleej Company.
- Laying down training strategies for
qualifying the Saudi youth on the job
and following up with those employed by
our offices.
- Making sure that Al Khaleej
graduates are adequately qualified for
the Saudi market.
